The six images above are links to six different categories of relaxation. We are sure you could think of more, and that’s fine, but consider these a starting point.

Clicking on each image will give you a brief summary of the various ‘relaxations’ you need to consider if you are going to be successful in your dieting and weight loss.

Check what you do at the moment and then try and include at least two of the ‘relaxations’ into your weekly lifestyle. More is fine, but don’t over do it.
