Those who have never suffered from the debilitating effects of lack of quality sleep usually fail to understand the importance of a ‘good night’s sleep’. Our Sleep Clinics and Workshops are organised to meet the needs of those attending, so will start with a general discussion on issues and problems. Attendees will be given the opportunity to say what they have already tried so we can give guidance and suggest new potential solutions.


General Clinics and Workshops


We run Sleep Clinics and Workshops for individuals and groups by arrangement and on demand in locations agreed with our clients. Sleep clinics need to be run in a location where it is relatively quite and comfortable, this could include private homes as clients sometimes wish to enjoy a private sleep management workshop in their own home with just a few friends.


Sleep Clinics in the Workplace


Workplace employee sleep clinics are a popular choice to help reduce accidents and absenteeism, by helping those employees who’s sleep problems cause stress and undermine their effectiveness at work. They also help employers manage stress risk, often required as part of an HSE stress risk management programme. These can be run as ‘drop in clinics’ and as a workshop for groups of employees.
