THE 'INTERNAL' STRESS RISK ASSESSOR

Benefits:

For Companies who wish to train their own Internal Stress Risk Assessors to undertake stress risk assessments, develop stress management systems, create stress minimisation plans, etc.

An examined course for companies who do not wish to employ external Stress Risk Assessors but choose instead to train existing employees to ensure the meet the 'competent person' requirement of The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulation 1999.

On successful completion the delegate will be presented with a certificate of competency as a 'Internal' Stress Risk Assessor and thus undertake the Stress Risk Assessment duties within an Organisation.

How to the understand and apply the requirements of a formal Stress Risk Assessment.
How to write effective stress policies and procedures.
How to identify and respond to work-related stress hazards.
How to effectively minimise work-related stress.

How to develop, implement, maintain and audit Stress Risk Management Systems.


Duration: 5 Day Course

Cost: £850.00 per delegate

Or up to 12 delegates at £4400.00 - fixed price where you provide venue, equipment, refreshments and pay for T&S.
