Walk within 15ft of the provided base station and your data will be automatically uploaded to the Fitbit website. You can also upload your data by simply placing your Tracker into the base station, if the base station is plugged into your computer. No buttons to push, no data to enter. What a concept.

Track your progress with free graphs. On the Fitbit dashboard, you can see how well you’re doing each day, how you’re trending for the month, and how close you are to your goals. Plus, Fitbit lets you see how you compare to others. There’s nothing like a little accountability to keep you honest.
